Health Fair Volunteer

Location	Volunteer Support Services, Chapter Headquarters
Position Title	Health Fair Volunteer
Purpose	To attend health fairs representing the American Red Cross, with the goal of informing the public of Red Cross services.
Key Responsibilities	Willingness to support Red Cross Mission Attend health fairs (one or two health fairs a month recommended) Make arrangements to gather materials needed for the fair Stay informed on upcoming fairs and events Represent the American Red Cross by interacting with public to inform and answer questions about disaster preparedness, blood donation and volunteer oppotunities
Relationships	Reports to Volunteer Recruiter
Qualifications	Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to interact easily with the general public Must be organized and detail oriented Knowledge of Red Cross programs and services Must be a team player and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a volunteer environment
Training	Orientation to American Red Cross On job training
Appointed by	Volunteer Support Services Department
