Audrey is a partner with the firm’s Investment Management Practice Group and has more than 20 years’ legal experience in investment management, corporate and securities, and general corporate law matters.  She has served as chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section, chair of its board of governors, and as co-chair of the Investment Companies Committee and the Pennsylvania Barr Association Commission on Women in the Profession.  Audrey is active in various community organizations including the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and serves on the board of trustees of the Philadelphia Zoo, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, and the board manager of Moore College of Art and Design.  Audrey formerly served on the boards of The Historical Society of Pennsylvania, Community Legal Services, the Brandywine Workshop, Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program, Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia, and the Greater Philadelphia Area Committee of the U.S. Committee for UNICEF, and on the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission of Pennsylvania.
