Red Cross House hosted three interns this past year. Shown here, Nina Topka (Temple University), Taneesha Paramore (Community College of Philadelphia), and Lauren Williams (Lasalle University) are all working towards degrees in Social Work. Under the supervision of Sibongile Sithole and the other Red Cross House staff members, the students provided casework services to disaster clients and support to the Red Cross House staff. Their time spent, a combined 25+ hours per week for the past two semesters, was greatly appreciated. We wish them well as they continue in their studies and careers.
